Vision Document
To be added: Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyaan (RUSA) emphasises to promote reforms in the State Higher Education System by creating an institutional structure for planning and monitoring at the State level. It will help to promote governance in the institutions. RUSA aims to provide equal development to all higher institutions and rectify weaknesses in the higher education system and have a sharper focus on equity-based development and improvement in teaching-learning quality and research. RUSA would provide funding to the State Universities and Colleges to address equity, access and quality in an equitable manner.

It is with great satisfaction, I aver that RUSA fund allocated to us played a potent role in sprucing up our college's infrastructural landscape. Renovations works were carried out in hostels as well as teachers' quarter. Laying of Smart Classrooms and a Multi-purpose Hall were especially the two critical areas where the fund came like a big sigh of relief for the entire team of MDDM College.
